The service

Nurv ("the service") is a personal project that provides school matching, application tracking, study tools, and community features for nurses preparing to apply to nurse anesthesia programs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational content only

Everything on this service is educational and informational. Nothing here is medical, clinical, academic, admissions, or professional advice. Calculators are educational tools and are not clinical decision support; always verify calculations against institutional protocols and primary sources before any clinical use.

Program and school information (requirements, deadlines, dates, tuition) is approximate and may be wrong or out of date. Always verify requirements and deadlines directly with each program and the COA directory before applying. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own applications.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email address; it is used for authentication and password resets. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Community conduct

Do not post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content. Do not share other people's private information. Do not post copyrighted question-bank content you do not have the right to share. Anonymous posts are anonymous to other users, not to the operator, and abuse of anonymity may lead to removal.

Content

Flashcards, quizzes, and written content on the service are original works provided for personal study. The resource directory links out to third-party sites; we do not control and are not responsible for their content. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant the service permission to display it to other users.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. It may change or shut down at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information from the service (including admissions outcomes, exam results, or clinical decisions), arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
